I was a migrant from the local Life Insurance, banking and finance industry. After my initial 10 years of his career, I switched to the local consumers Real Estate industry. Titus had proven himself to be successful in both arenas.


Having a natural penchant for numbers, I continue to value-add both my property buyers and sellers in every real estate transactions I handle. I believed in constant upgrading for government rulings and knowledge in the local market and its movements.

Great realtors know the tiniest changes sellers can make to improve the sale-ability of their home. I am creative with their existing listings and they take the best photographs of each home. The responsiveness to return client calls promptly and make every appointment on time.


I created viewing presenations of a new property with a direct prospective buyers list. I also maintains close working realtionships and networks with groups of well known realtors in his area whom are willing to work with others in order to sell the property in the fastest turn around possible.


All genuine Sellers want a realtor that is tenacious. I follow up quickly after every time the home is shown,  working hard and rarely give up.


The best realtor is not afraid to speak up. I will be just as promotional about the seller’s property as if it was their own. By being aggressive, I also works hard to put the property  in the forefront of the local market.


Sellers have worked hard to prepare their property for showing and viewings. They want, and need, a realtor that puts their best foot forward.I possess a flair exudes confidence and makes prospective buyers feel at ease. This way,  all my prospective buyers get the impression that I would not even list a home that was not an excellent buy.


I use technology with ease is going to be more up-to-date on the market in the area. This organized style of marketing strategies will be on the preferential list to serious sellers want helping to sell their properties.
